Colored Stone Metal Tile is a roofing system that combines the classical beauty of traditional tiles with the modern performance of metal materials. After undergoing ceramic transformation at 500°C, it forms a vitrified glaze layer with a Mohs hardness of 7, achieving a sunlight fastness level of 7 and retaining its color for 50 years. The outermost layer uses German BASF water-based acrylic resin to firmly "weld" the colored sand onto the steel plate, ensuring it does not peel even after repeated freeze-thaw cycles from -40°C to 90°C.

In construction, it retains the "quick installation" advantage of metal sheets: the roof is first covered with a self-adhesive waterproof underlayment, and the tiles are then fixed to the battens using 304 stainless steel anti-typhoon nails, with six nail positions per tile. The overlapping parts feature interlocking grooves, creating a seamless "metal skin" structure that resists wind uplift and prevents leaks. A skilled worker can install 30–40 m² per day, reducing the construction period by over 50% compared to cement tiles. It requires no wet work and can be installed in all seasons. Maintenance is simple—occasional rinsing with water is sufficient.
